WCPA Mission Statement:
The Waterfront Community Park Association is committed to supporting the
development of a park on the Columbia River waterfront. We are doing this
through fund raising, community outreach and co-operative work with public
and private agencies.
We believe our quality of life is improved through recreational
opportunities, family gathering places and enjoyment of our scenic
riverfront landscapes. By developing the Hood River Waterfront Park we are
creating a legacy that our community will take great pride in for
generations to come!
